LISTED BUILDINGS

The original building was constructed circa 1820 in a castellated gothic style.

An extension was added in 1996 in a similar style.

In 2000 a general purpose hall and a covered swimming pool was designed in a modern style, but in sympathy with the proportions of the original building. It was a requirement after the shootings at a school in Scotland, that no unauthorised access was to be provided to the exterior except via the school office.
